Learn how to create upscale versions of your favorite tapas dishes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Joaselyn.
Across four-courses of spectacular cuisine, you'll learn how to prepare a variety of traditional Spanish fare. Some sharable favorites you'll learn how to make, include crisp patatas bravas drizzled with an aromatic garlic aioli sauce, and lightly-battered croquetas de jamón; a Spanish staple. Next, Chef Joaselyn will teach you how to prepare a tantalizing gambas al ajillo with garlic and spices, and a hearty bowl of pinchos de carne con salsa verde.

Patatas Bravas With Garlic Aioli
With Yukon potatoes, egg yolk and paprika
Croquetas de Jamón
With mushrooms, milk, flour, eggs, bread crumbs and nutmeg
Gambas al Ajillo
With shrimp, garlic, paprika, rosemary and parsley
Pinchos de Carne con Salsa Verde
With skirt steak, parsley, cilantro, oregano, sage and sourdough bread

Chef Joaselyn was terrific and we had an extraordinary time with her. She made it such a fun experience, we learned so much about cooking, and the tapas were excellent! Highly recommend this experience. And I have no doubt that any class Chef Joaselyn leads would be an excellent experience.
Chef Joaselyn has spent her career as a professional chef immersed in the culinary world and has loved every minute! She studied at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, devoting her downtime to teaching culinary classes for continuing education students and has also hosted cooking-themed team building classes in Mexico.
