Discover classic Parisian bistro plates in this hands-on cooking class.
Join Chef Edgar across four courses of classic Parisian bistro-style dishes using high-quality ingredients and professional techniques. First, you'll start by preparing creamy hummus with olives and a side of crispy herbed pita bread and a fresh wintergreen salad. Chef Edgar will also teach you how to prepare an indulging marinated tuna with a side of seasonal cilantro couscous and roasted squash. For dessert, you'll prepare a traditional grilled brioche topped with tart macerated berries, whipped cream and roasted peanuts.

Chef Edgar was a delight to learn from. He showed us how to take familiar dishes and kick them up a notch with contrasting multicultural flavors. There was even a flambe demonstration that took some of the mystery out of a great party trick!
Chef Edgar received his ProChef Level II certification from the Culinary Institute of America. He's won competitions at the national level, created training modules for several top food brands and worked as a concept developer at a selection of food venues. Of his tremendous accomplishments, Chef Edgar is proudest of getting his children to eat their vegetables!
