Discover the perfect blend of French cuisine and Italian flavors in this exciting fusion class with Chef Laura.
Join Chef Laura in this hands-on cooking class as you learn the techniques to combining two authentic International cuisines into one meal. You'll begin by creating a creamy farro risotto with pancetta. Next, you'll create a decadent pan-seared chicken with mushrooms, shallots, parsley and a prosecco butter sauce. Chef Laura will also teach you how to prepare a cheesy French favorite, gruyère gougeres. End class with a decadent olive oil citrus cake.

We gifted this class to my mom for her birthday. Our whole family had a marvelous time. We also enjoyed the company of the two people who signed up for the class. The kitchen was beautiful, we got our own cooking stations, and whatever was leftover we got to take home. FIVE STARS!!!

Great experience! Chef Laura was amazing and a great teacher. She made the cooking so easy for us. Chef Laura was very knowledgeable, informative and constantly engaging with everyone in the class. She made everyone feel comfortable in her home. She also had everything planned and detail by packing all our left overs in nice containers and bags. The food She taught us to cook was delicious! Specially the dessert. Overall a great experience!

Chef Laura is very talented and her home and kitchen are perfect for teaching classes. We made a sugar cookie dough, royal icing and a chocolate ganache. Dulce de Le he was provide for decorating. Laura gave us good tips in how to roll out the dough and she taught us different techniques in decorating cookies. Everything was delicious!

Chef Laura worked as a caterer and chef instructor after graduating with honors from the International Culinary Center. She hosts fun, exciting cooking classes that share her vast culinary knowledge and a host of varied cooking techniques. She’s an expert at maximizing flavor using seasonal ingredients to create truly beautiful dishes and invites her students to come prepared to elevate their cooking game.
