Enjoy creating a variety of vegan dishes with the bold flavors of Mexico in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jordan W.
Chef Jordan W. will teach you the art of vegan cooking using Spanish flair. First, you'll create hearty loaded nachos with guacamole and creamy nacho cheese sauce. Then, you'll prepare a healthy spread of plant-based tacos with buffalo cauliflower, BBQ pulled jackfruit and coconut calamari topped with either coconut cashew queso crema or tangy pineapple salsa. For dessert, a sweet açaí sorbet bowl will be served.
Many ingredients used in this class are organic, non-GMO and local.

Chef Jordan is very personable and easy-going. The flavors were good. We had him travel to our home for a family event. Ingredients were simple but good. Don't expect to learn new ways of cooking with shiitake, maitake, Trumpet or any other type of mushroom other than cremini and portobello. While very basic, the flavors were good and the average person will be able to replicate rather easily later. We'd likely have him back for a catering event.

This was one of our bachelor party activity ideas and we had a blast! Chef Jordan was very hospitable when we he had us at his home. The food organized and ready to go upon arrival. It was a casual yet informative event, where we had a mixture of different hands-on activities. Such as massaging ingredients into the steak, slicing potatoes for french fries, or one of our favorites, caramelizing apple slices for ice cream. Jordan was very informative and kind when it came to teaching us which was a huge part of our positive experience. We also took some extra food to go home too which was a plus. Overall the group loved it and highly recommend this, especially if you cook or plan to cook more at home, a lot of valuable takeaways.

We took our granddaughter on a little trip and one of our excursions was this cooking class. We had a wonderful time! Jordan was very encouraging, and the pasta, garlic toast, and cobbler we made were all delicious. I would heartily recommend it!
