Cooking Class: Classic Italian Pasta Menu

Chef Jordan leads this in-person cooking class through simple yet inspiring Italian classics. For starters, you'll create a colorful caprese salad using heirloom tomatoes and basil with a homemade balsamic reduction. You'll learn how to prepare and roll homemade pasta to enjoy with a provincial marinara sauce and lemon thyme chicken breast. Italian vanilla bean panna cotta topped with berry sauce is your sweet ending to this savory and sophisticated menu. 


Many ingredients used in this class are organic, non-GMO and local.

Artisan Fresh Fruit Platter

Caprese Salad

Chef Jordan is very personable and easy-going. The flavors were good. We had him travel to our home for a family event. Ingredients were simple but good. Don't expect to learn new ways of cooking with shiitake, maitake, Trumpet or any other type of mushroom other than cremini and portobello. While very basic, the flavors were good and the average person will be able to replicate rather easily later. We'd likely have him back for a catering event.
