Cooking Class: Body and Spirit Boosting Italian Classics
Chef Luana will teach you how to boost your health and empower your mind in this in-person cooking class. You'll use serotonin-boosting ingredients that feature tryptophan, zinc and B vitamins to create a meal that feeds your body and soul. Begin with creamy mozzarella and fresh pineapple. Follow up with crunchy bruschetta and cannellini bean salad. Chef Luana will then teach you how to prepare golden risotto with saffron and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Finish off with a decadent dark chocolate mousse topped with nuts and berries.

Had a great experience during our classpop "Empower the Mind" Italian Classics class with Chef Luana! She went above and beyond in more than a few ways...she called before the class to make the ingredient list more fit to our preferences, put out a "happy bday" sign/ baked a choco cake for my boyfriend's birthday (without me asking) and was all in all, a wonderful presence to be around! Will definitely be back for more tips and treats w her :)

Chef Luana inherited her culinary passion from her grandmother. Born and raised in Italy, she found success as an entrepreneur after establishing a beachside restaurant in her home country while mastering the time-honored art of pizza oven cuisine. She is one of Italy’s precious few professional female pizza makers who utilizes wood-oven cookery. Chef Luana’s classes breathe new life into old-world recipes and traditional techniques as she passes her considerable knowledge to her students.
