Cooking Class: Homemade Gnocchi and Savory Sauces
Chef Luana gives an informative and entertaining approach to this in-person cooking class. During this three-course meal, you'll learn how to prepare fresh potato gnocchi from scratch. The class starts with a crispy bruschetta trio complete with homemade bread and gourmet toppings. You'll learn how to prepare homemade gnocchi with your choice of savory sauces, either fresh tomato and basil or four-cheese amatriciana. For dessert, it's gelato with fresh strawberries or a decadent affogato al caffè.

The gnocchi was the best I've ever had. I felt like I had a very authentic Italian meal. Chef Luana ensured she provided detail every step of the way. Such an amazing experience!! Highly recommend

Such an amazing time and class! I did a gnocchi cooking class with Chef Luana and brought my work team. We had the best time. She was so attentive and spent a lot of time showing us proper technique. The food was delicious. On top of the great experience, Chef Luana is warm, engaging, and makes you feel right at home. I'll be going back ASAP with friends.

Chef Luana was a delight!! From beginning to end, we were eating delicious food with many ingredients imported straight from Italy. Her gnocchi class was so much fun and she made it easy for us novice cooks. We felt right at home in her kitchen and we certainly will be back to do more of her classes.

Chef Luana inherited her culinary passion from her grandmother. Born and raised in Italy, she found success as an entrepreneur after establishing a beachside restaurant in her home country while mastering the time-honored art of pizza oven cuisine. She is one of Italy’s precious few professional female pizza makers who utilizes wood-oven cookery. Chef Luana’s classes breathe new life into old-world recipes and traditional techniques as she passes her considerable knowledge to her students.
