Cooking Class: Homemade Ravioli Times Two
Join Chef Luana as she shares the artisanal art of ravioli making. From rolling and cutting to sealing the dough, this in-person cooking class will teach you how to prepare fresh ravioli from scratch. These handmade pasta puffs will be filled with spinach and ricotta cheese and pumpkin. Flavorful handmade Italian sauces include your choice of either fresh tomato sauce or butter and sage sauce. A heaping handful of Parmigiano Reggiano tops this delicious duo.

We had an incredible experience learning to make spinach and cheese ravioli with Chef Luana in her home. The class was not only informative but also so much fun! Chef Luana's expertise and passion for cooking shone through, making it the most amazing culinary class I've ever attended. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys hands-on cooking experiences. Best date night experience!!! Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity! 5 stars all the way!

Chef Luana was amazing! Not only is she an incredible cook and teacher, but she was such a delight and her personality makes the experience even better. This was truly an authentic adventure and the food was so good. My wife and I will definitely be back for more classes!

Chef Luana was an absolute joy and I learned so much from her class. I had been trying to make pasta on my own with very poor results. Chef Luana is unpretentious and down to earth and explains the process and nuances for making pasta and associated sauces very clearly so that a novice cook can understand them and put them to practice. The three of us in the Saturday afternoon class - a married couple and me as a single - made a simple tomato sauce, spaghetti and fettucine. Our lunch and dessert were wonderful - I wished I could have stayed there all day! She has a very charming apartment and has many stories to tell of her family in Italy and here in the US. Chef Luana can customize classes around any aspect of Italian cooking - I will be back!

Chef Luana inherited her culinary passion from her grandmother. Born and raised in Italy, she found success as an entrepreneur after establishing a beachside restaurant in her home country while mastering the time-honored art of pizza oven cuisine. She is one of Italy’s precious few professional female pizza makers who utilizes wood-oven cookery. Chef Luana’s classes breathe new life into old-world recipes and traditional techniques as she passes her considerable knowledge to her students.
