Join Chef Adam in this in-person cooking class that features a traditional Tuscan Italian menu of fresh vegetables, hearty beef and aromatic herbs. You'll start off by mixing together a panzanella salad with crunchy ciabatta and fresh tomatoes and basil. Next, you'll create a hearty pasta fagioli soup brimming with beans and the savory scents of rosemary and garlic. The main entrée is a classic Italian braciole with braised beef, ham and cheese. Sweetness follows as you whip up a creamy zabaglione custard topped with berries.

Great experience! Chef Adam was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and friendly, and we truly enjoyed learning how to make dumplings! We will be coming back again!

Chef Adam was absolutely awesome. He's a totally down to Earth, humble, kind guy who was willing to answer all of our random questions about when he used to work in Vegas to his favorite Los Angeles eating spots today. I would definitely take his class again no matter what the food is, just because his style of teaching is so excellent and entertaining. Highly, highly recommend his classes.

We had a great time making dumplings with Chef Adam! It felt like he was there to assist rather than do it all for us which help us learn the process. He had also expedited the chopping process so the class didn't end super late. We got to take home a print out of the recipes we made so we didn't have to remember it all or write it down. We had a great time and ate TONS of dumplings
