Tapas are a favorite in Spanish cuisine, with a world of variations to choose from. In this in-person cooking class with Chef Iain, you’ll construct your own five-course menu of traditional tapas favorites with some exciting twists added.
Chef Iain’s exciting spin on flavor comes through in every course as you learn to create a savory shrimp and white bean flatbread, a healthful spinach and sweet potato tortilla, smoky stuffed Spanish peppers, bacon-wrapped dates loaded with chorizo and zucchini patties served with a zesty tomato marmalade.

Such a fun evening! My gf and I did this as a date night and highly recommend. Chef made eveything comfortable, accommodating and he was very hospitable. Food great too!

Fast forward to today and Chef Iain has more than 15 years of top-notch experience as a personal chef in Manhattan Beach.
