Invite the alluring spices of Spain into your kitchen with Chef Tillo as you learn how to create sharable tapas dishes across four courses.
Uncover the secrets to making a variety of traditional tapas dishes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Tillo. You'll begin by preparing salty and warm papas bravas with potatoes, tomatoes and garlic, and spicy and fragrant shrimp pil pil. For the main entrée, you'll learn how to prepare hearty lamb moruno skewers with refreshing cordovesa salad. Top off the evening with a creamy and decadent tocino de cielo, egg yolk flan with whipped cream and berries.

What an experience! My girlfriend and I had a great night cooking a paella with Chef Tillo. He’s extremely professional, informative, and most importantly he makes sure that he shows you a good time. Not the mention, the food was absolutely fantastic . A combinations of his talent and experience, along with extremely fresh ingredients (many of which he grows himself), makes for a great meal. If you’re looking to learn how to make some quality food and have a great night, I highly recommend Chef Tillo.
Chef Jesus' love of food has taken him all over Spain where he studied under master chefs, graduated form the Superior School of Gastronomy, and opened his own restaurant in the Canary Islands. Chef Jesus now has more than 20 years of professional experience and is an executive chef specializing in traditional Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine as well as a dynamic cooking class instructor who loves sharing his culinary wisdom and passion for food with others.
