Cooking Class: Spanish Sausage From Scratch

Join Chef Tillo on a culinary adventure through the process of sausage preparation. You'll learn how to process, case and cook a variety of delicious sausages completely from scratch. In this in-person cooking class, you'll prepare spicy chorizo with smoked paprika and a medley of other spices. You'll also get to create an organic chicken sausage encurtidos with jalapeños and cheese and a Spanish potato omelette with longanisa sausage. Dessert is a creamy arroz con leche with slow-cooked bomba rice pudding and cinnamon.

Spicy Chorizo 

With pork, smoked paprika and other spices 


Spanish Potato Omelette 

With longanisa sausage, vegetables, white wine, garlic and herbs 


Organic Chicken Sausage Encurtidos 

With jalapeños, cheese and pickled Spanish vegetables 


Arroz con Leche 

With slow-cooked bomba rice pudding and cinnamon

What an experience! My girlfriend and I had a great night cooking a paella with Chef Tillo. He’s extremely professional, informative, and most importantly he makes sure that he shows you a good time. Not the mention, the food was absolutely fantastic . A combinations of his talent and experience, along with extremely fresh ingredients (many of which he grows himself), makes for a great meal. If you’re looking to learn how to make some quality food and have a great night, I highly recommend Chef Tillo.
