Prepare a selection of seafood dishes inspired by some Italian classics.
The beautiful tradition of Italian cuisine is the inspiration for a four-course menu from Chef Francesca. In this hands-on cooking class, she’ll teach you how to create a feast that captures the magic and romance of the Mediterranean Sea.
You’ll prepare delectable bite-sized mushrooms stuffed with truffle oil and Parmesan, a creamy seafood risotto with squid, shellfish and caviar, and a seared salmon accompanied by a simple arugula salad. And for dessert, a lesson in tiramisu is sure to end your Italian cooking experience on a note of sheer decadence.

Chef Francesca was born and raised in Sardinia, Italy, and discovered her passion for cuisine at an early age. Her greatest love is cooking traditional foods from her homeland using traditional techniques to create authentic homemade pastas, sauces and desserts.
