Cooking Class: Brasserie Classics From France

A lesson in well-known selections from France, taught by a culinary expert.

Using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques, Chef Olivier will teach you to the finer points of French brasserie cooking in this in-person cooking experience. You’ll be steeped in authentic tradition with these recipes handed down through generations, while you savor the tastes and textures of a beloved European cuisine.

You can look forward to preparing an onion soup gratinee bubbling with Swiss cheese and studded with homemade croutons, and a luscious coq au vin with a deep, complex flavor profile. And for dessert, crêpes Suzette, accompanied by a pyrotechnics performance that takes the notion of “cooking with fire” to new heights!

I had an excellent time with Chef Olivier. He was very knowledgable in French cuisine and made four delicious recipes. I really enjoyed the course and I can't wait to try using the tips I learned with him!
