Authentic homemade pizza is an easy task when you learn how in this cooking class with Chef Antonio. He’s gathered a selection of satisfying variations on dough, cheese, and sauce to whet the appetites of pizza lovers eager to learn how to make it themselves!
Using a professional gas-fired oven and real tools of the trade, you’ll create your choice of appetizer, mozzarella sticks or fried arancini, a classic margherita pizza, and a classic Italian calzone with provolone, mortadella, salami and capocollo. And for a sweet treat, you’ll create a dessert pizza featuring your choice of coconut or Nutella.

My husband and I had a great time making pizzas with Chef Antonio. The Chef is very knowledgeable and makes the pizza making process seem easy by walking us through step by step. I highly recommend taking one of his classes.

Meet your chef
Chef Antonio's culinary background is extensive and impressive. He has spent the past decade honing his cooking skills and techniques in several restaurant kitchens across London and Italy, and in Qatar at a five-star luxury hotel. Now, Chef Antonio can be found in downtown Boston as the executive chef of an upscale restaurant, and as a culinary instructor teaching a variety of interactive cooking classes.
