Join Chef Natalie on a customized culinary tour of the Caribbean. You'll explore the cuisine of Haiti, Puerto Rico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic in this interactive cooking class.
Chef Natalie will teach you to create a cheese plate with Spanish cheeses, meats, olives and homemade crostini. For an hors-d'oeuvre course, you'll prepare empanadas or tostones rellenos. Soup choices include a Haitian soup joumou with hearty vegetables or Spanish fish stew with tomatoes and potatoes. You'll learn to make a tomato relish salad with mango, cucumber, avocado and honey-lime dressing. Your entrée is spicy Jamaican jerk chicken with pineapple relish or red snapper with Creole shrimp. Dessert is a flourless Mexican chocolate cake or a traditional tres leches cake.

We had such a great time with chef Natalie! She taught us so much and the food was amazing. I never thought I'd make pasta carbonara, whole branzino, or duck eggrolls but she made it so easy and fun. We learned so many cool tricks along the way. She is amazing !
