Learn to prepare a sophisticated French menu that emphasizes fresh ingredients and easy-to-achieve techniques. In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Rochelle, you’ll discover just how possible it is to create elegant French dishes with minimal trouble.
You’ll craft a mixed green salad dressed with homemade balsamic vinaigrette before creating chicken Chardonnay with a sautéed mushroom sauce. Then, whip up a rice pilaf and a sautéed carrot and vegetable medley for your side dishes. And because a French meal isn’t complete without a decadent dessert, finish your lesson with a strawberry shortcake made with homemade poundcake.

Chef Rochelle was AMAZING!!! The experience was more than I expected, a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Chef Rochelle took the time to explain everything needed to my granddaughter and was very hands-on throughout the meal preparation. My grandbaby was all smiles and excited the entire time!!
