Cooking Class: Asian Favorites at Home

Learn how to create a menu filled with your favorite Asian dishes in the comfort of your own kitchen. 


Chef Rochelle is eager to show you how to prepare healthy Asian food using fresh ingredients in this hands-on cooking class. All it takes is a few simple techniques for you to replace your take-out habit with a taste for satisfying homemade fare!


You’ll learn to prepare fresh California rolls, braised pork belly with jasmine rice, fried bok choy with ginger and garlic, and potstickers filled with ground pork and savory seasonings. You’ll also create a dessert of turon ng saging, fried plantain bananas rolled in sugar.

California Rolls 

With avocado, surimi and cucumber


Braised Pork Belly With Jasmine Rice 

With soy sauce and star anise


Stir-Fried Bok Choy 

With garlic and ginger


Pork Potstickers 

With green onions, soy sauce, ginger and cabbage


Turon ng Saging 

Fried plantain banana in wrappers rolled in sugar

Chef Rochelle was AMAZING!!! The experience was more than I expected, a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Chef Rochelle took the time to explain everything needed to my granddaughter and was very hands-on throughout the meal preparation. My grandbaby was all smiles and excited the entire time!! Chef Rochelle was very knowledgeable, hospitable, and kind. Booking a future class soon!!
