Zach’s hands-on cooking class adventure will introduce you to a whole new world
of tastes and textures.
Start
your excursion with pão de queijo, a gluten-free cheese bread, and prepare sautéed
kale with garlic while practicing your knife skills. Then, indulge in a moqueca, a traditional tropical stew studded with fresh vegetables. And to bring
your flavorful voyage to a sweet conclusion by crafting brigadeiros, chocolate
truffles made with sweetened condensed milk — a favorite dessert of the region!
