Let
Chef Zach lead you on a unique and eye-opening culinary exploration through the
regions of France.
French cuisine is diverse in flavors, ingredients and disciplines. In this hands-on
cooking class taught by Chef Zach, you’ll learn what makes each region so distinct
and prepare a selection of dishes central to each.
You’ll
create a savory classic potato dish with aromatic Provençal herbs, and a salad crafted with poached eggs from Central Burgundy, in Lyon. A
steak au poivre sizzles at the heart of your menu, before the quaint streets of
Paris bring you around sweetly with a dessert of fresh crêpes.

With mixed greens, poached eggs, bacon lardons and Dijon vinaigrette
Steak au Poivre
Peppercorn-crusted strip steak with Cognac cream sauce
Crêpes
With Nutella, strawberries and handmade whipped cream
