Chef
Edison’s hands-on cooking class will introduce you to the techniques needed to create a trio of Japanese favorites: Sushi, sashimi and nigiri.
You’ll
begin by learning how to make rolls, including the ever-popular California
roll. Then, using the freshest catches available hand-chosen by Chef Edison,
you’ll discover the process for preparing fish for sashimi and nigiri, from
deboning to slicing and beyond. Selections may include salmon, tuna, mackerel,
squid and more!
