Keto cooking has very specific guidelines, but that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice flavor. Learn how to put flavor first in this hands-on class with Chef Demeatrie.
You’ll learn to prepare a three-course menu using a bounty of fresh keto-friendly ingredients, including loaded cauliflower bites with pork rinds and bacon, chicken thighs enrobed in a decadent bourbon cream sauce and buttery roasted Brussels sprouts with tangy orange zest and chorizo. And for dessert, sunflower butter cookies will remind you that there’s always room for something sweet!
