The delight of a four-course southland menu comes to life with fresh ingredients and thoughtful recipes. Chef Deb teaches you to make comforting
Southern-style favorites with the fresh-from-the-farm ingredients in this hands-on
cooking class.
You'll start with fried pimiento croquettes with tomato-bacon relish, before preparing a
farmhouse farro salad with apples and seasonal vegetables. Then, you’ll craft
an iron skillet chicken pot pie with homemade biscuits and gravy, guaranteed to
satisfy even the most insistent hunger. Finish things off sweetly with petit
applecakes made with heirloom apples and served with ice cream and handcrafted
caramel sauce.

We had a fantastic evening with Chef Deb! Her house was beautiful and we felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. The food was nothing less than amazing and Deb was a wonderful teacher -- very relaxed. It was definitely an exquisite, no-pressure experience overall and we learned how to make some of the best Italian food I've ever eaten. We are now interested in taking more classes from Deb.

She incorporates creativity and unique techniques to teach the fundamentals of cooking in a fun atmosphere.
