A three-course
meal Italian meal inspired by the open-air bistros of Rome is a perfect way to
learn some new and compelling regional flavors. In this hands-on experience,
Chef Deb leads you down imagined cobblestone streets to discover the best Italy
has to offer.
The intriguing
menu you’ll prepare includes pancetta and fig tartine, handmade herbed gnocchi
or gnudi, and citrus-spiked seasonal mushrooms and asparagus tips. And there’s
no skipping dessert when it’s a deconstructed tiramisu made with anise cookies
and fresh raspberries.

Pancetta and Fig Tartine
With arugula, toast points and a balsamic reduction
Handmade Herbed Gnocchi or Gnudi
With chèvre, whole milk ricotta, rosemary and a browned-butter sauce
Citrus Spiked Seasonal Mushrooms and Asparagus Tips
With lemon and butter
Deconstructed Tiramisu
With espresso, anise cookies, chocolate and raspberries

We had a fantastic evening with Chef Deb! Her house was beautiful and we felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. The food was nothing less than amazing and Deb was a wonderful teacher -- very relaxed. It was definitely an exquisite, no-pressure experience overall and we learned how to make some of the best Italian food I've ever eaten. We are now interested in taking more classes from Deb.

She incorporates creativity and unique techniques to teach the fundamentals of cooking in a fun atmosphere.
