A three-course menu of vegan Indian comfort foods prepared
with the freshest of local ingredients awaits you in this hands-on class with
Chef Josh!
You’ll learn to fry pakora, a popular Indian snack, made
from chickpea batter, fried onion and spices, and prepare an intricate navratan korma
(nine gems) using nine different seasonal vegetables, fruits and nuts, served
over basmati rice. And for dessert, venture into the world of carrot halwa, a
classic Indian sweet.

Chef Josh began his culinary career at an early age. After working at a country club at age 13, he followed his dream of becoming a chef.
