Cooking Class: Fresh and Easy Pasta In Orange County

You'll mix semolina flour and egg yolks into dough using a food processor. Then, learn how to cut and shape the dough into cavatelli by hand. Plus, learn how to make a creamy cacio e pepe sauce made with ricotta and pecorino romano cheeses. Mix in the pasta and garnish with Italian basil and chives. In the end, enjoy your Italian feast made from scratch.

Very intimate and lovely experience. The setup was no frills and well thought out. The recipe of ricotta gnocchi w/green pea pesto turned out to be fun and delicious while not taking very long to prepare. Would do another class with Cici for sure.
