Join Chef Zach, to learn how to prepare a three-course meal typical of Central Italy, a powerhouse of Italian regional cooking. First, you'll craft fresh spinach and egg fettuccine by hand. Then, Chef Zach will show you how to create a colorful and delicious insalata tricolore. Finish up with an authentic custard with fresh berries for dessert.

Zach was so much fun to cook with! He is very personable, very knowledgeable and loves what he does. The food was absolutely delicious and we learned so many cool new tricks! We would definitely sign up for his class again.
