Next, craft a hearty lamb moussaka filled with aubergines, onions and tomatoes and seasoned with aromatic oregano. Sharpen your knife skills chopping fresh vegetables for a seasonal salad. Craft a bright shirazi salad with cucumber, tomato and herbs with citrus dressing or a fattoush salad made with lettuce, tomatoes and pieces of pita bread. End the meal on a sweet note with a walnut baklava with layers of flaky phyllo dough, honey and butter for dessert.
