Everyone loved Chef Eric’s class and food. He did a great job managing 4 of us, ages 22 to 80, from 3 different countries. Not only did he educate us but he also made the class fun. I would love to do this again!

Chef Eric brings more than 20 years of professional experience as a culinary expert to his instructional table. He served as a banquet chef, hosting colossal large-scale events before discovering his passion for teaching others how to create wonders of cuisine. Since then, Chef Eric has taught for the past three years at a well-known culinary academy, influencing and mentoring hundreds of newly-minted chefs as they hone their skills and reach for the stars.
