Surprising dishes from Southeast Asia come alive in this enchanting hands-on cooking experience with Chef Yaakov!
Using ingredients both exotic and familiar, you’ll master new cooking techniques to achieve dishes as colorful as they are delicious. First, you’ll create Korean beef bulgogi kimbap, brimming with seaweed and fresh vegetables. Then, prepare a satisfying, boldly flavored ribeye, prepared with dried mustard, anchovies and ginger, and served with a side of the forbidden rice. And for dessert, you concoct a magical banh chuoi, Vietnamese coconut banana bread pudding.
