Chef Blu brings the magical flavors of the bayou to life in this exciting hands-on cooking experience!
In this hands-on class with Chef Blu, you'll explore some new cooking techniques that will help you craft an intriguing menu of savory Southern dishes. You'll create a classic gumbo made with robust andouille sausage and seafood, peppered with crab and crawfish. Then, you'll prepare creamy shrimp and cheese grits made from scratch. And for dessert, a traditional bananas foster with rum closes your lesson on a sweet, saucy note.

Such a great class. Chef blu knows a ton! She’s super fun and such a people person. Loved the class. She let us do all of the baking with her instruction.

Chef Blu was wonderful. It was just my wife and I that attended her class and it was a great experience. We did the Cajun cooking class and had some of the best food that we've ever tasted. Everything was organized and simple for us to understand — I wouldn't hesitate to book another class with Chef Blu and I highly recommend that you do too.
