You'll begin the class by combining packed spinach, all-purpose flour, olive oil and salt into a pasta dough. Master the techniques to knead the dough before rolling it out and cutting it into fettuccine noodles. As the pasta boils, whip up a creamy cashew sauce with unsweetened plant milk, nutritional yeast and garlic cloves. Toss the pasta in the sauce, then plate it and enjoy your homemade vegan feast.
