In this hands-on class, Chef Dominique shows you how to take a vibrant selection of favorites to the next level by adding a little fire! You’ll create colorful vegetable spring rolls and a spirited peanut butter sauce perfect for dipping them in, and spicy noodles made from scratch, accented with sesame oil, crispy tofu and red pepper. And for a nibble of sweetness to balance the heat, a lesson in making maple tahini cookies awaits you at the end of your spicy culinary adventure.
