Cooking Class: Authentic Italian Specialties

Discover the joys of Italian cooking as you learn to prepare heartwarming dishes that would make nonna proud. Chefs Cindy and David will lead you in first assembling a simple, yet satisfying caprese salad garnished with elegant balsamic caviar. Then, cook and toss comforting pasta carbonara made with aged Grana Padano cheese and Italian prosciutto. Next up, a Lombardy specialty: Mouth-watering osso buco, tender braised veal shanks garnished with zesty gremolata and served with creamy polenta. For dessert? Affogato, homemade vanilla ice cream “drowned” with espresso.
