Chefs Cindy and David will lead you in first assembling a simple, yet satisfying caprese salad garnished with elegant balsamic caviar. Then, cook and toss comforting pasta carbonara made with aged Grana Padano cheese and Italian prosciutto. Next up, a Lombardy specialty: Mouth-watering osso buco, tender braised veal shanks garnished with zesty gremolata and served with creamy polenta. For dessert? Affogato, homemade vanilla ice cream “drowned” with espresso.
