Cooking Class: Gluten-Free French Treats for Kids
In this super fun cooking class, young chefs will learn to whip up three gluten and dairy-free French desserts.
Guided by Chef Lisa, kids will use ingredients like almond flour, dairy-free milk and dairy-free butter to create delicious treats they’ll be proud to share. This includes chocolate financiers, clafoutis with fresh berries and creamy chocolate pots de crème. Chef Lisa pursued her deep-seated passion for food, cooking and nutrition by studying human foods and nutrition in college. With years of experience as an executive pastry chef at various resorts and hotels, and as a healthy eating specialist for a renowned grocery chain, she eventually launched her own culinary business. In her new venture, she guides individuals in exploring and discovering new foods, helping them improve their lives through better nutrition.
