Cooking Class: Kid-Friendly Gluten-Free Baking
Watch your child shine in the kitchen with this fun, hands-on cooking class made just for kids.
Led by Chef Lisa, kids will learn how to make three tasty, gluten-free treats. The class begins with langue de chat cookies, delicate treats made with gluten-free flour, eggs, vegan butter, vanilla and sugar. Next, they'll prepare no-bake chocolate macaroons using coconut flakes, cocoa, sunflower butter and apricot jam for a sweet, chewy texture. The final recipe features hazelnut crispies combining gluten-free rice crispies with chocolate hazelnut paste and melted chocolate for a crunchy treat. This class is great for all ages and perfect for kids who love to cook.

Chef Lisa pursued her deep-seated passion for food, cooking and nutrition by studying human foods and nutrition in college. With years of experience as an executive pastry chef at various resorts and hotels, and as a healthy eating specialist for a renowned grocery chain, she eventually launched her own culinary business. In her new venture, she guides individuals in exploring and discovering new foods, helping them improve their lives through better nutrition.
