Discover the wonderful world of Thai cooking in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Linda.
This beginner-friendly cooking experience focuses on helping you understand how to balance essential Thai flavors using ingredients like chili, lime, galangal and coconut milk. First up is Tom Kha Gai, a traditional coconut chicken soup with lemongrass and galangal, while the main course features a delicious Panang coconut shrimp curry served over jasmine rice. To complement the curry, you'll prepare refreshing chicken lettuce cups with a savory soy-peanut sauce. And for dessert, you'll create simple yet delicious pineapple fritters topped with vanilla ice cream. By the end of class, you’ll have new cooking skills, a great Thai-inspired menu and the confidence to recreate these dishes at home.

Chef Linda was wonderful! Our group enjoyed learning cooking techniques, helpful tips and with a sprinkle of humor and history. The dishes were flavorful and we greatly enjoyed her company. Highly recommend!
