Learn to cook authentic Chinese classics in this engaging cooking class for home cooks of all levels.
Chef Linda will show you how to make a delicious Chinese-inspired meal from start to finish. First up on the menu is juicy pork and ginger potstickers with a ponzu dipping sauce. Then you'll fire up the wok to make a crispy General Tso’s chicken served with vegetable-packed fried rice. And for dessert, you'll create crispy banana fritters with decadent chocolate sauce and an optional dash of rum.
