Join Chef Rakhi for a Florentine-inspired cooking class that will take you from zesty starters to sweet desserts all in one night.
You’ll kick things off with a light vegetable carpaccio appetizer made with fresh herbs and a homemade dressing. Then, Chef Rakhi will teach you how to make pasta from scratch as you create delicious beef ravioli topped with a homemade vodka sauce. And for dessert, you'll bake sweet lemon drop cookies that melt in your mouth. Throughout the class, you'll learn new pasta-making skills and Italian cooking techniques that you can use at home. This was an absolutely wonderful experience! Chef Rakhi's kitchen is beautiful, she is very knowledgeable and kind, and the food was so good!!! 10/10, would definitely recommend to a friend, and hopefully come back again :)

Amazing class! We learned so much and had such a fun time with the other two couples. Chef Rakhi's home was beautiful and very welcoming. The food was delicious as well. We'll definitely be back!
