Cooking Class: Nourishing Detox Fare

Join Chef John to learn the skills needed to make a lavish spread of healthy drinks and foods in this hands-on cooking class. 


Chef John will start with an abundance of fresh and raw fruits and vegetables, learning how to blend them carefully to create nutritional wheatgrass shooters, refreshing juices with beets, ginger, lime, celery and tumeric, and creamy smoothies with chia seeds, almond milk, fruits and cinnamon. If fruits aren't your thing, you'll also prepare a warm and potassium-rich detox broth with celery, onions, cabbage, carrots and potatoes.

It was a great experience! John taught us a lot while keeping things relaxed and fun. My wife and I did the Tour of Japan. We highly recommend it and wish we had time on our trip to try another one of his classes.

Chef John was amazing and we had the best time! It was our first time ever doing a private class and he made it fun and engaging the entire time. He answered all of our many questions and took the time explaining why each ingredient is important for both taste and health benefits! Strongly recommend booking him for your next lesson!
