Join Chef John to learn the skills needed to make a lavish spread of healthy drinks and foods in this hands-on cooking class.
Chef John will start with an abundance of fresh and raw fruits and vegetables, learning how to blend them carefully to create nutritional wheatgrass shooters, refreshing juices with beets, ginger, lime, celery and tumeric, and creamy smoothies with chia seeds, almond milk, fruits and cinnamon. If fruits aren't your thing, you'll also prepare a warm and potassium-rich detox broth with celery, onions, cabbage, carrots and potatoes.

It was a great experience! John taught us a lot while keeping things relaxed and fun. My wife and I did the Tour of Japan. We highly recommend it and wish we had time on our trip to try another one of his classes.

What a wonderful evening! I took my girlfriend for her birthday and we had a blast. The environment, conversation, energy, quality of the food and ingredients and anything I may have missed were all top notch. I can’t wait to book again with Chef John!

Chef John was amazing and we had the best time! It was our first time ever doing a private class and he made it fun and engaging the entire time. He answered all of our many questions and took the time explaining why each ingredient is important for both taste and health benefits! Strongly recommend booking him for your next lesson! Since then, Chef John has amassed decades worth of experience working in a variety of culinary establishments and has worked alongside several top names in the food industry, such as Bobby Flay, Emeril Lagasse, and Julia Child. Most of all, Chef John loves sharing his passion for cooking and treasure trove of culinary skills with others.
