Cooking Class: Make Gourmet Mexican Restaurant Classics
Join Chef John as he guides you through fundamental cooking techniques to prepare a traditional and exciting spread of Mexican cuisine.
In this hands-on cooking course, Chef John will help you prepare a variety of Mexican dishes, starting with a classic caesar salad. Next, you'll learn how to make two types of entrées in classic Mexican fashion: Decadent lobster quesadillas with roasted vegetable salsa and avocado crêpes, and melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork carnitas garnished with salsa and sour cream. Finish on a sweet note with a lush chocolate mousse with an avocado twist.

Chef John was so much fun and informative! He made sure we knew exactly how to get to his place and welcomed us with warmth. The food was so good and fresh. I now know how to make Caesar dressing from scratch!
