In this flavorful cooking class, learn to combine the bold tastes of the Southwest with the fresh, plant-forward style of California cooking.
Chef Hannah will guide you through each step as you discover how to blend these two regional cuisines to create dishes that are both hearty and wholesome. The class menu features golden cornmeal waffles drizzled with a rich brown sugar syrup, plus your choice of crispy cacao candied bacon or a clever vegetarian twist with carrot bacon. You’ll also whip up sweet potato Tot-Chos, with two topping options: one with pecan chorizo, avocado crema, cheese and scrambled eggs, and another with tofu in place of the eggs. This class is a great way to pick up new techniques while enjoying a delicious twist on familiar favorites.
