You’ll begin by making homemade ricotta, which will serve as the base for all your dishes. Then, you'll turn it into elegant beet and ricotta crostini topped with pistachios and arugula. For the main course, you’ll craft pillowy ricotta gnocchi served with roasted broccolini and rich anchovy butter. Finally, you’ll end on a sweet note with a ricotta berry cake that’s as beautiful as it is tasty. Plus, there are gluten-free options so everyone can enjoy the session.
