Designed for young food lovers aged 6 to 12, this class offers an engaging and interactive culinary experience where children can explore the basics of Japanese cooking in a way that’s approachable and fun. From warming up with a gentle miso soup to crafting smiley face rice balls and rolling their very own sushi, kids will have a blast learning new kitchen skills. The menu includes playful options like rainbow rolls with imitation crab and bell peppers, sweet-and-savory rolls with teriyaki chicken and mango and even a fruity dessert roll with strawberries and cream cheese. To top it all off, they’ll whip up light and fluffy mini Japanese cheesecakes.
