Your lesson begins with a magical cloud bread, high-protein, low-carb and entirely gluten-free. Then, it's on to the main event: Chicken and spaghetti squash with onions, garlic, peppers and cheese, all made in the same pot! Dessert is fresh and fanciful in the form of an apple crumble topped with crunchy streusel and sweet vanilla cream.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful afternoon cooking a meal with Chef Yolande. We loved her approach to cooking, letting us pick spices to add to the dishes and we felt so relaxed. Loved her inviting and beautiful kitchen. The following week we made those dishes we cooked with Chef Yolande and used the great tips we leaned! Fantastic time!!
