Cooking Class: Healthy Salmon Supper

A healthy fish dinner and a collection of satisfying sides is on tonight's menu!

Melt-in-your-mouth salmon and an array of accent dishes that will set your heart on fire are on the table in this hands-on cooking class from Chef Yolande. You may have had salmon before, but you've never had it so good!

You'll prepare sautéed baby kale with curried walnuts and onions to begin with before preparing your perfect roasted salmon rubbed with a homemade spice combination and a mushroom risotto that uses Arborio rice and vegetable stock. Your lesson ends in the sweetest of spots with bananas foster and homemade vanilla ice cream.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful afternoon cooking a meal with Chef Yolande. We loved her approach to cooking, letting us pick spices to add to the dishes and we felt so relaxed. Loved her inviting and beautiful kitchen. The following week we made those dishes we cooked with Chef Yolande and used the great tips we leaned! Fantastic time!!
