In this hands-on class, you'll learn to craft fresh tagliatelle pasta from scratch. Under the guidance of your expert chef, you'll mix, roll and cut ribbons of pasta using high-quality ingredients like flour, eggs and extra-virgin olive oil. Then, you'll prepare an aromatic marinara sauce by simmering ripe tomatoes with garlic and basil. Whether you make pasta regularly or are a beginner, this class will give you the skills and confidence to create delightful pasta dishes in your kitchen.
