Join Chef Meg for an interactive, three-course Italian meal featuring fresh, vibrant flavors. Start with juicy heirloom tomatoes and sweet basil bruschetta for a delicious appetizer. Next, learn how to knead homemade pasta dough and make spaghetti from scratch, then embellish with your choice of sauce: Meyer lemon or pancetta and English peas. Meg was amazing and a great teacher. She knows her stuff. However the location is not appropriate for a cooking class. Meg did a great job trying to rise to the occasion despite not having the appropriate supplies or kitchen.
