Join Chef Joe for a fun cooking class where you'll discover the art of making epic pies and fresh tarts. 


Explore cooking and baking skills as you measure, mix, slice and whip the ingredients for an airy meringue, used to create a fresh lemon meringue tart. Then, form the perfect pie crust and add fresh blueberries, butter, sugar and lemon zest to build a beautiful blueberry pie. You'll also craft a crunchy and sweet caramel nut tart. Take home the recipes and recreate these deserts for family and friends in your kitchen.

I have taken a macaron and a knife skills class from Chef Joe, and I learned so much at both! Joe is a great teacher--he balances humor with knowledge, skill, and experience. I use what Joe taught us every day as I cook for my family. On top of his classes, I've tried many of Joe's products and food and I have never once been disappointed. I'm looking forward to the next time I am able to take a class from Chef Joe!
