Guided by Chef Erik, you'll master the art of preparing fresh edamame seasoned perfectly with gourmet sea salt and toasted sesame seeds. Then, steam fluffy sushi rich and roll it with nori to create three traditional sushi rolls; crispy and colorful California rolls, spicy tuna rolls and smoked salmon and herbed cream cheese Seattle rolls.
